  • About us: PT. Royal Fisheries Indonesia is a frozen seafood processing company based in Pasuruan, East Java, Indonesia. It was established on August 2001. We start our business with shipping block and IQF frozen shrimp to USA for both re-processor and retail market. With the emerge market and company capability to expand, we are now expanding our production line to frozen raw whitebait and shrimp value added product such as Filo Shrimp, Tail-On shrimp roll, Seafood samosa, Breaded shrimp, etc.With more than 1, 300 workers, our production capacity is 25 MT of finished good per day. For raw frozen we use BQF (Block Quick Frozen) tunnel freezing with capacity of 1 MT per hour. We also use 2 unit of plate contact freezer of Ammoniac NH3 with capacity of 400 KG per hour. As for cooked shrimp, we have 2 unit of Nitrogen freezing tunnel with capacity of 500 KG / hour each. All of water used in the production is Ozonized water (O3) . To support the quality assurance of raw material up to finished product, we have our in-house Laboratory which test the antibiotic level (chloramphenicol and nitrofuran) and microbiology level (salmonella, e-coli, etc) . As an environmental friendly company, we also have our internal waste water treatment which has been certified by the local government standard.
